Here’s What’s Coming To The Hub at Lexington

You’ve probably driven by the construction at Wesley Chapel Blvd. and Lexington Oaks and wondered what’s actually going in there (or maybe you saw our Instagram post). The wait is almost over, and we’ve got the confirmed list of tenants.

Nine restaurants plus a sweet spot for dessert are opening, along with a golf simulation venue, a barber shop, a nail lab, and even a 24/7 EV charging station. Here’s the lineup:

• La Creacion Bistro – full restaurant, sister to La Creacion Express at the KRATEs

• Island Grill – Caribbean fusion with authentic island flavors

• The Landing Bar & Grill – sports bar and grill with a huge, crowd-pleasing menu

• The Monk’s Indian Fusion Cuisine – Indo-Chinese favorites like tikka masala, biryani and noodles

• Saigon Pho Wesley Chapel – Vietnamese pho, banh mi and grilled plates

• Farmer’s Milk – café and bakery with breads, cakes and European-style breakfast

• Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls – 100 percent plant-based rolls, brownies and cookies

• Brew Bar Self Pour + Urban Crunch Creamery Café – self-pour beer and wine, ice cream, açai, coffee and frozen drinks

And beyond food:

• The Clubhouse Golf Simulation – six simulators, a putting green and PGA teaching pros

• Headlines Barber Shop

• Lexington Nail Lab

• Suncoast Charging – a premium EV charging hub, open 24 hours a day

When it opens, the Hub will also bring live music on weekends, pop-up markets and seasonal events. It’s shaping up to be a great new place to gather, eat and hang out right here in Wesley Chapel.

E&G Empanadas King and More Finds a New Home in Dade City

A favorite for authentic Dominican flavors, E&G Empanadas King and More is making a comeback. After closing its Zephyrhills spot on SR-54, the market is reopening soon at 14402 Seventh Street in Dade City.

Expect empanadas filled with chicken, beef, cheese, pizza, and guava & cheese, plus entrées like Picalonga, chicken wings, and crispy chicharrón served with fries or plantains. They’ll be right near local favorites like Del Carmen Mexican Store & Restaurant and Dade City Brew House.

Spanky’s Place Coming to The Hub at Bexley

The old Thirsty Buffalo space at The Hub at Bexley is getting new life with Spanky’s Place Taproom and Billiards. The spot will offer craft beers, wine and seltzers, plus pool tables, darts, arcade games and more. Whether it’s a family outing, date night or just a casual hang, Spanky’s Place is set to bring a fresh entertainment option to the community.

Kirkland Ranch to Stay Green

Nearly 1,000 acres of Kirkland Ranch in Wesley Chapel are set to be preserved instead of developed. The Southwest Florida Water Management District is purchasing the land for $30.8 million to protect its wetlands and natural resources, keeping a piece of Pasco’s beauty intact for future generations.

Surrounded by new neighborhoods and roads, the ranch will remain one of the last large green spaces in eastern Pasco County. Future uses could include agriculture or recreation, but the big news is this land will stay green.

AdventHealth Zephyrhills Expands Again

AdventHealth has officially broken ground on a 35,000-square-foot medical office building at its Zephyrhills campus. The new facility will bring more primary care and specialty services like cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery and urology to the community, helping meet the needs of a rapidly growing Pasco County. Leaders say the space will also allow them to recruit top physicians and expand high-quality care close to home.

This project is part of AdventHealth’s continued investment in our area. In recent months they’ve opened the Meadow Pointe ER, expanded Sports Med & Rehab in Zephyrhills, and unveiled a renovated Electrophysiology Lab. Over in Wesley Chapel, a major hospital expansion is on the way later this year. The new Zephyrhills medical office building is expected to be completed in fall 2026.

The Market Elaine is Back September 5 at The Grove

This is the biggest night market in the area. It will be back this Friday with more than 150 vendors, live music, food, and family fun. From handmade goods to sweet treats and even pet adoptions, there’s something for everyone. It’s free to attend, runs 5:30–9:30 PM at The Grove, and is family and pet friendly.
